to remember….

Sean and I just got home from our 4th grade teachers memorial service. It was such a wonderful tribute to the impact she has made on countless people. At one point in the service, my elementary school principal asked any former student of Mrs. Conner’s to stand…..The entire Conner family turned around to see a large number of students standing, as a representation of the difference that she has made.
It was a startling reminder of how quick life goes by and of how each day must be fought with purpose and meaning.

I am so glad we were able to be a part of a special ladys life and to KNOW that she is truly at peace right now–in the presence of the Lord. She is whole and without pain and rejoicing every moment in her new body. She is home.
